Have you chosen to customise your stand with Stands4me?
We ask you to provide us with your files in vector format.

Accepted vector file formats :
.ai
.eps
.svg
.pdf (with layers preserved)

Files:
  • One file per wall, not per frame
  • Vectorised text and logos
  • For images, the minimum resolution is 70 dpi in 1/1 format (700 dpi if the file is 1/10)
  • File format: follow the rule 1m = 992mm
Follow this simple rule: 1 real metre corresponds to 992 millimetres in your file.
For example, for a 400x250 frame, the file should be 3968x2480mm.
  • 20 mm bleed all round
  • No crop marks
  • No registration marks
How do I calculate the size of the back wall of your exhibition stand?
To determine the size of the back wall, multiply the length of the stand by its height, subtracting 1 metre from the length if there is a reserve, and then multiply by the height of the stand.

How do I calculate the size of each side wall of your customized stand?
To calculate the measurement of each side wall, multiply the depth of the stand by its height, subtracting 1 metre from the depth if there is a reserve on the side, and then multiply by the height of the stand.
